General Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of business and use of the Pandeoshop online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.
The online store is managed by the company KVAN SVETOVANJE d.o.o. , Vandotova 33, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter referred to as the “provider”). The company is entered in the court register at the District Court in Ljubljana on 08.01.2015, registration number: 6757553000, the company is liable for VAT, VAT ID: SI 40332128.
The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the online store, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.
By confirming the order, the user is acquainted with the general terms and conditions, personal data protection and legal notice.
Prices
The prices of products in the online store are stated in euros (€) and already include 9.5% or 22% VAT (value added tax), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.
Prices are valid in case of payment with the above methods of payment, under the above conditions. Despite tremendous efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price information may be inaccurate. In this case, or in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the customer a solution that will go to mutual satisfaction.
The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
Buying
Select the product you want to buy and click on the “Add” button. At the top right of the shopping cart, the quantity and total amount of ordered products are displayed. If you want to remove, reduce or increase the ordered quantity of a certain product, you will arrange it in the Cart.
Start the order completion process by clicking on the Cart and the “Checkout” button. The online store guides you through the following steps:
step – order review
step – selection of delivery method
step – choose the method of payment
step – order review; in this step you can check the correctness of all the data
step – completed order.
After placing the order, you will receive a summary of the ordered products by e-mail. The sent order can be canceled by the customer within one hour after the placed order. It is not possible to cancel the order after the prescribed time has elapsed. All costs incurred after the expiry of the valid cancellation period shall be borne by the customer. Information on the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the provider’s website.
The contract on the purchase of the ordered products between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage. By clicking on the “Submit order” button, you confirm that you are familiar with the full text of the terms of sale and payment, which are listed here and that you were explicitly reminded of these terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
The sales contract (order) in the Slovenian language is stored on the server in electronic form and accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile (My profile).
The sales contract (order) is binding on the online store and the buyer. In the event that the buyer withdraws from the order / contract, he bears all direct costs incurred by shipping in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (paragraph 6, Article 43c). In the event that the customer orders products in the online store and then rejects or. does not accept the shipment, bears the cost of postage in both directions. The price of postage is determined by the delivery service.
The provider issues an invoice to the buyer on a durable medium, with a breakdown of costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products, if necessary and possible.
Purchase history: If you want to see the purchase history, log in to the online store and click on “My profile” at the top right. You can find the history of your purchases so far under the “My purchases” tab.
Payment methods
The provider allows the following methods of payment:
1-PayPal (online online)
Very convenient method of payment. Once you place your order, you will be redirected to the secure online payment system PayPal, where you enter the necessary information. If the transaction is authorized, payment will be made immediately and the goods will be shipped no later than the next business day if it is in stock. We support the secure 3D Secure protocol. Our employees do not have access to your PayPal data.
2- On delivery
You pay for the ordered goods to the courier in cash or by card upon receipt of the goods.
3- According to the estimate
You can also pay for the ordered goods by proforma invoice via electronic banking or in person at your nearest bank or post office. When placing an order, we will send you payment details by email. Enter the necessary information in the payment order and upon receipt of payment to our account, we will send the ordered items to you as soon as possible.
Delivery
The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day. All orders received from Monday to Friday until 12 noon will be realized on the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be realized the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be realized on the first working day. In the event that the product is no longer in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended in accordance with the delivery time of the goods by the manufacturer. The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is GLS Slovenia, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will be able to fulfill the order more efficiently.

Returns
Right to withdraw from the purchase, return of goods within 14 days
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The buyer must notify the bidder in writing of the intended return, no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods via the contact form, and return the goods within a further 14 days.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in the same quantity, and the product must not show any visible signs of use. Be sure to include the original invoice and information about your transaction account to which you want a refund.
The address for returning the goods to the seller is KVAN SVETOVANJE d.o.o. , Vandotova 33, 1000 Ljubljana. We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment and that the goods are properly prepared for transport (you can use the original packaging or other appropriate safe packaging). Any return costs are borne by the buyer. We do not accept redemption shipments.
Upon return, the buyer may request a refund of the purchase price, which the seller returns to his transaction account no later than 30 days after receiving notice of withdrawal from the contract.
Return of damaged shipments
In the event that the package is physically damaged, lacks content or shows signs of opening, the customer must initiate a complaint procedure with GLS Slovenia. To do this, notify the delivery service courier, who makes a complaint report. Together with GLS Slovenia, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.
Warranty
Products have a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and upon submission of the invoice. The warranty periods are stated on the warranty cards or on the invoice. Warranty information is also listed on the product introduction page. If there is no warranty information, the product does not have a warranty or the information is not known at this time. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the provider, who will provide up-to-date information. In accordance with the law, the manufacturer is obliged to provide the buyer with a guarantee for the faultless operation of the purchased goods. The warranty can be claimed by the customer directly from the manufacturer or its authorized service center. The warranty can be claimed by the buyer with the warranty card and the seller’s invoice.
Disclaimer
The provider makes every effort to ensure the up-to-dateness and accuracy of the information published on its pages. Nevertheless, product features, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, the provider will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered product.
Although the provider strives to provide accurate photographs of the products sold, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. The photos do not guarantee the properties of the product.
Legal notice
The online store pandeoshop.com is owned by the company KVAN SVETOVANJE d.o.o., which also manages the online store. The contents published in the online store are the property of KVAN SVETOVANJE doo and may be used for non-commercial purposes, where they must retain all the stated copyright notices and therefore may not be copied, reproduced or otherwise distributed without the permission of KVAN SVETOVANJE doo. Sometimes it happens that we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy and reliability of all published data. We will take all warnings seriously and correct any information posted. We do not accept any liability for any consequences arising from the use of information published in this online store or the temporary non-functioning of the online store. We reserve the right to change the content on a daily basis, errors in prices and written text. By using the online store visitor, the customer confirms that he accepts the described conditions and agrees with them.
Complaints and disputes
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail.
